The Passo Giau with its south exposure dominates the two more important valleys of the Dolomites: The Agordino and the Conca of Cortina d'Ampezzo.

The Giau is considered the most beautiful pass.Others Dolomite groups are the Averau, the Nuvolau, the 'Lastoni di Formin'
.
An immense park that impresses nature on the mind.

In the context of particular intense colors the Dolomites with its alternated greens slopes, render the Passo Giau as a one and only unrepeatable scene

The water comes from springs born at the slopes of the Nuvolau.

Water heating is done taking advantage of ten solar paddles that allow us to limit the use of polluting energetic sources.

Between the alpine flowers, to symbolize the flora that characterizes the zones situated at greater altitudes, the queen is the genziana, mostly the blue species or blue petals.
In fact, the family of the genziana is one of the most numerous of known species comprising approximately eighty different kinds beyond hundreds species with many more varieties
